Ento uses the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) to verify savings. When you register an energy efficiency project, the platform builds a counterfactual model of what your consumption would have been without the intervention, based on pre-project data, weather, and calendar patterns. It then compares actual post-project consumption against this baseline and reports verified savings in kWh, CO₂, and cost — complete with confidence intervals so you know the precision of the result.
