How do you know your alerts are real and not false positives?
Every alert is generated by machine learning models that normalize for weather, calendar patterns, holidays, and occupancy — so you're only flagged when consumption genuinely deviates from what's expected. Each alert comes with an estimated energy and cost impact, AI-generated root cause suggestions with probability scores, and clear investigation steps. How does Ento calculate energy savings?
Ento uses the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) to verify savings. When you register an energy efficiency project, the platform builds a counterfactual model of what your consumption would have been without the intervention, based on pre-project data, weather, and calendar patterns. It then compares actual post-project consumption against this baseline and reports verified savings in kWh, CO₂, and cost — complete with confidence intervals so you know the precision of the result.
